Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship customer orders to meet daily production targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and correctly.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
