Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock for damages, shortages, and accuracy.
- Pack and label products securely for shipment to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts accurately to track stock levels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Basic math and computer literacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and holidays as needed.
