Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve service issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system for seamless team collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes
- Meet or exceed weekly performance metrics including call handling time and resolution rates
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information
- Support onboarding of new team members as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience in fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
