Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional professionalism
- Process service requests and resolve issues within established SLAs
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service
- Support community outreach programs and local events
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Adhere to all company protocols and compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid California driver's license (if local travel required)
- Background clearance for community services role
- Spanish bilingual skills highly desirable
