Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and record incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for same-day shipment
- Maintain organized inventory counts and cycle counts with zero discrepancies
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Implement lean warehouse practices to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS experience a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
