Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing cutting-edge solutions across AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential for our product ecosystem
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present technology vision and progress to executive stakeholders and board members

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in strategic innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching industry-defining products or platforms
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR)
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong background in scaling technology teams across global markets
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management capabilities
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or peer-reviewed research
