Your Mission: Architect quantum solutions for cryptography optimization, drug discovery acceleration, and climate modeling. Work with trapped-ion and superconducting quantum processors while contributing to our open-source quantum frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
- Collaborate with industry partners on quantum use-case development
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 2026-era systems
- Secure $5M+ in research grants for quantum initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Publication record in quantum computing research
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation
- Experience with trapped-ion or superconducting qubits
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
