Responsibilities

- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver innovative AI solutions.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Conduct research into cutting-edge AI technologies to stay ahead of the curve for the 2026 landscape.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and explainable AI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and ethical AI principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
