Role Overview:
As a Future Tech Architect, you will not just write code; you will define the paradigms of future computing. You will collaborate with our R&D division to prototype and validate technologies that will be industry standards by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect Roadmaps: Define the technical strategy and roadmap for the 2026 product release cycle, focusing on scalability and future-proofing.
- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data and real-time quantum processing.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to prototype next-gen AI models.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, edge AI) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize system latency, throughput, and energy efficiency for our global user base.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and AI ethics.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role within the tech industry.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and distributed systems frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future Tech: Demonstrated experience or keen interest in Quantum Computing, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Neural Architecture Search.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems and innovating under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
