Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI systems for our 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI models.
- Optimize model inference and training pipelines for production environments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, ensuring our technology remains at the forefront.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying production-level machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
