Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, prioritizing AI integration and scalability.
- Lead the architectural design of our next-generation neural networks and machine learning systems.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align AI initiatives with business growth objectives.
- Mentor senior engineering leaders and foster a culture of innovation and ethical AI development.
- Oversee the deployment of predictive models that drive revenue and operational efficiency.
- Identify emerging tech trends (e.g., quantum computing, edge AI) and evaluate their relevance to our product lines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Technical Management.
- Proven track record of leading AI strategy in a Fortune 500 or high-growth startup environment.
- Deep technical expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred.
