Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead research and analysis on emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web4, etc.) and assess market readiness
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future tech into product development and operational frameworks
- Build strategic partnerships with tech innovators, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Create executive-level reports on technology disruption scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof technology solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting global tech ecosystems post-2025
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends (articles, whitepapers, patents)
- Experience managing global tech ecosystems and cross-cultural innovation teams
- CFRP or similar certification in future technology planning preferred
