- Define and execute the long-term strategic vision for the company’s technological evolution leading up to 2026.
- Analyze emerging market trends, including Generative AI and Sustainable Energy tech, to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs, fostering collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams.
- Prioritize and secure resources for high-potential R&D projects with a 3-5 year horizon.
- Present complex strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of forecasting technological shifts and capitalizing on them.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into compelling narratives.
- Exceptional leadership presence and experience managing diverse, high-performing teams.
