Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of implementing quantum/AI solutions at scale
- Deep understanding of exponential technology curves (Moore's Law equivalent)
- Expertise in technology ethics and regulatory compliance frameworks
