Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI symbiosis
- Partner with global governments on tech policy for 2030 readiness
- Present at Davos, TED, and industry summits as NextGen's tech futurist
- Drive $50M+ R&D initiatives for next-gen infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse economics, and decentralized governance
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
