Responsibilities

- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and competitive advantage impact
- Partner with R&D to bridge theoretical research and commercial application timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Track record of launching disruptive products with multi-year planning cycles
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or innovation strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFTE, MIT)
