Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product lifecycle.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems to support enterprise growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Design, and Executive Leadership.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to drive competitive advantage.
- Oversee code quality, technical debt reduction, and best practices implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and database management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
