As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D labs, and venture partners to map converging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and market disruptions. You'll translate complex signals into actionable roadmaps while fostering a culture of adaptive innovation across 12 countries.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology convergence, regulatory shifts, and behavioral trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align enterprise roadmap with emerging opportunities
- Partner with venture teams to identify and incubate breakthrough technologies
- Produce executive-grade trend reports with quantitative and qualitative predictive models
- Champion ethical innovation principles across all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CET, CFCS) or equivalent experience
- Published thought leadership in futurist or technology strategy publications
