Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market opportunities and threats
- Produce foresight reports on societal, economic, and technological disruptors
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Advise C-suite on strategic investments in emerging technologies
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present findings at global innovation forums and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical audiences
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patented innovations
