Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain predictive models for technological, economic, and societal shifts through 2026+
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into annual strategic planning cycles
- Author thought leadership reports and whitepapers on emerging paradigms
- Establish and manage a global network of futurist advisors across academia and industry
- Drive innovation pipeline development for next-gen products and services
- Represent the company at global future-focused conferences and policy forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-focused research or frameworks
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environment
