Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on AI governance, quantum applications, and climate-tech convergence
- Manage cross-functional R&D partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and emerging startups
- Design and implement innovation KPI frameworks measuring ROI on future-readiness initiatives
- Lead a 5-person global strategy team of futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of advising C-suite on 5-10 year future scenarios
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotechnology convergence, or climate-tech
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, scenario planning software)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering keynotes at global tech forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented frameworks or innovation methodologies
