Responsibilities

- Develop innovation roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and corporate ESG mandates
- Design ethical frameworks for AI governance and biotechnology integration
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with Fortune 500 C-suite executives
- Produce predictive white papers on decentralized economies and metaverse evolution
- Drive pilot programs for carbon-negative technologies and circular economy models
- Mentor a global cohort of emerging futurists via our Future Leaders Initiative
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Innovation
- 10+ years in innovation strategy with portfolio of 2020+ impact projects
- Expertise in scenario planning using tools like Gartner Hype Cycle or Delphi Method
- Published research in Nature Futures or MIT Technology Review
- Proficiency in AI trend analysis (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) and data visualization
- Certification in Sustainable Innovation (e.g., B Corp, CDP)
- Experience advising at Davos or World Economic Forum summits
- Fluency in 3+ languages including Mandarin or Arabic for global insights
