- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders using visualization and storytelling techniques
- Identify disruptive opportunities through competitive intelligence and horizon scanning
- Champion experimental culture by facilitating design thinking workshops and innovation sprints
- Monitor KPIs for innovation maturity and ROI of future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist analysis
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Expertise in trend forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, R)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, bioengineering)
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies preferred
