Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies through 2028
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI ethics and quantum integration frameworks
- Architect cross-disciplinary innovation labs with MIT and Stanford partners
- Translate exponential tech trends into patentable business solutions
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor next-gen futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (Nature/IEEE)
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Track record launching tech ventures with $50M+ ARR
- PhD in Futures Studies, Cognitive Science, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi method)
- Public speaking experience at Davos or TED-level forums
