Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 strategic foresight reports on AI, biotech, and climate tech trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate future scenarios into actionable strategies
- Establish Horizon's thought leadership through keynote presentations and industry whitepapers
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Quantify market opportunities for emerging technologies using predictive modeling
- Advise product development teams on long-term tech integration roadmaps
- Represent Horizon at Davos, SXSW, and similar high-impact forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research with measurable industry impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Deep understanding of 2026-specific disruptors: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
