Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026-2030 market projections
- Lead horizon scanning to identify and quantify emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Develop predictive models for societal shifts and their business implications
- Facilitate C-level workshops to translate foresight into strategic priorities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation pipeline maturity
- Publish thought leadership on future trends and their industry impacts
- Manage a portfolio of strategic experiments and prototyping initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight work and strategic impact
