Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks for 2026+ technological adoption and market disruption
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Deliver executive briefings and scenario-planning workshops for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to embed futurist methodologies into product roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, industry panels, and published research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and systemic impact analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- Certification in Foresight or Futures Thinking (preferred)
