Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market disruptions, and societal trends to forecast 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable innovation pipelines
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and technological convergence points
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
