Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends impacting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for next-gen product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings for stakeholder decision-making
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities in global markets through horizon scanning
- Drive organizational adoption of foresight methodologies and future-proofing practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous strategic challenges
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published foresight work
