As a pivotal member of our Future Intelligence Unit, you'll partner with C-suite executives to develop robust 5-year strategic roadmaps, ensuring we lead rather than react to industry disruptions. You'll leverage proprietary trend-analysis frameworks and AI-powered scenario modeling to identify high-impact opportunities before they enter mainstream consciousness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a dynamic 2026 strategic foresight framework using quantitative/qualitative analysis
- Produce monthly trend briefings on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and innovation strategy
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate foresight into product development and market entry strategies
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Author thought leadership publications on future-proofing organizations
- Advise leadership on emerging risks and opportunities in climate resilience, AI governance, and biotech ethics
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology trends
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks and ESG integration
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
