Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026+ strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for emerging market disruptions and technological inflection points
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with future-focused research institutions and thought leaders
- Present compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Drive organizational adoption of future-proof technologies and methodologies
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking frameworks and strategic foresight tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational transformation
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
