Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and transformation
- Conduct deep-dive trend analysis and publish quarterly future-state intelligence reports
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizational strategies
- Build predictive models for market disruption and competitive advantage
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or technology innovation leadership
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies
- Proven track record of translating future insights into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive analytics tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Published thought leadership in future-tech or strategy publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
