Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for global enterprises navigating AI, climate resilience, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-ready strategic pivots
- Author white papers and executive briefs quantifying future market opportunities
- Design immersive foresight simulations for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof business models
- Maintain a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis or strategic planning within tech/consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data visualization expertise
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) or equivalent
