Responsibilities
- Analyze 2026+ technology trends across AI, biotech, and sustainable systems to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients navigating post-2025 market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state operational models
- Produce trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2030 market readiness
- Advortize emerging risks and regulatory impacts on long-term business viability
- Mentor junior analysts in futurist methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into executable business plans
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio of published futurist work or strategic frameworks
