Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive analytics models for market disruption forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify 2026 technology convergence points
- Produce scenario-based strategic plans for quantum computing and AI integration
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation readiness and future-proofing
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough solutions for climate resilience and hyper-automation
- Present quarterly foresight briefings to stakeholders with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation consulting or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Demonstrated success in developing long-term strategic roadmaps
