Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and space exploration sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to forecast societal and economic impacts of emerging technologies
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (neural interfaces, climate tech, etc.)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation sprints to accelerate breakthrough technologies from concept to market
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology assessment
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research in futurism or innovation (IEEE, Nature Futures, etc.)
