- Produce actionable trend reports and disruption assessments for executive decision-making
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for future technology deployment
- Mentor teams in future literacy and strategic foresight methodologies
- Present strategic vision to investors, boards, and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for complex future concepts
- Experience leading cross-organizational transformation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-to-present strategy translation
