Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational resilience and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for next-generation challenges
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive teams and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future trends into executable business roadmaps with measurable KPIs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating emerging trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and exponential technology analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Experience working with global enterprises in tech, healthcare, or finance sectors
