Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-gen systems aligned with 2026 technological roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-driven solutions for autonomous systems
- Integrate quantum computing principles into legacy infrastructure modernization
- Drive innovation sprints for human augmentation technologies (neural interfaces, biotech)
- Collaborate with futurists and ethicists to ensure responsible tech deployment
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Champion agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of futuristic prototypes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing APIs, or bio-integrated systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech teams and delivering futuristic products
- Published research or patents in quantum computing, AI ethics, or human augmentation
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent futurist training
- Experience with ISO 26000 ESG compliance for tech innovation
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Robotics, or Biotechnology
