Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research in Generative AI, Neural Networks, and Quantum Algorithms.
- Team Management: Lead a high-performing cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors and executive leadership.
- Prototyping: Build and iterate on proof-of-concept models to validate technical feasibility.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all 2026 initiatives adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future technology trends and apply them practically.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
