- Secure and manage $10M+ in emerging tech R&D investments
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in biotech-AI convergence projects
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor talent in future-focused skill development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in quantum computing or biotech-AI integration
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ethics and regulatory landscapes
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or related field
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
