- Analyze emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate strategic vision into actionable R&D priorities
- Present future-state scenarios to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build strategic partnerships with technology incubators and academic research institutions
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward exponential thinking and innovation agility
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
