Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ technology adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business strategy
- Secure $2M+ annual budget for experimental R&D projects
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem mapping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership
- Proven track record delivering future-focused initiatives (post-2025 projects)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
