- Foster an experimental culture through hackathons and rapid prototyping initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate innovation, product development, or strategic foresight
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market vision
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience leading remote cross-functional teams across 3+ time zones
