Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive threats and emerging competitive advantages
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions with 5-10 year implementation horizons
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor committees
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Monitor global tech trends through proprietary intelligence networks and academic partnerships
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in sustainable technology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up tech companies
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact cycles
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional visualization and storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
