- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions for future markets
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable insights for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive adoption of future-ready frameworks across 15+ business units
- Mentor a dedicated innovation team of futurists and strategists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and speculative design
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management
