Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic shifts, technological disruptions, and societal megatrends through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for industry transformation in AI, biotech, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate 2026+ product ecosystems and service paradigms
- Produce forward-looking white papers and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation accelerators
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-ready talent pipeline
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or trend analysis
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in systems thinking, causal layered analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP-VRIO)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
