- Lead end-to-end execution of the 2026 project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with sustainability KPIs and business objectives
- Coordinate 15+ cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, operations) through Agile methodologies
- Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps for product launches across North America and Europe
- Drive innovation in circular economy principles and carbon-neutral technology solutions
- Manage $5M+ project budgets with quarterly ROI optimization and stakeholder reporting
- Establish key industry partnerships with sustainability leaders and regulatory bodies
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers through technical leadership workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech project management with 5+ years leading complex, multi-region initiatives
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and PMP/PRINCE2 certification
- Deep understanding of sustainable tech practices (circular economy, carbon neutrality)
- Experience scaling products from prototype to global market launch ($100M+ revenue impact)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite, investors, and government agencies
- Technical background in software development or IoT systems architecture
- Track record of mentoring high-performing teams to deliver award-winning products
- Fluency in English with preferred proficiency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
