- Secure $10M+ in research funding through government grants and private investment
- Translate quantum research into commercial IP and patentable innovations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record leading quantum computing projects at FAANG or equivalent
- Expertise in quantum error correction, qubit architectures, and NISQ-era constraints
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals (Nature Physics, Quantum Information)
