Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years hands-on experience with superconducting qubits or trapped ions
- Proven track record publishing in top-tier quantum research journals
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
- Strong background in quantum cryptography (e.g., QKD, lattice-based)
- Experience securing government research grants
